Job: IP associate, international firm

The intellectual property group of an international law firm is looking for an associate with two to three years of experience focusing on trademark and unfair competition litigation, as well as domestic trademark prosecution. The group’s litigation practice includes federal court cases, ICANN Uniform Domain-Name Dispute Resolution Policy proceedings, and opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

The position offers an opportunity to work on a variety of brand and copyright licensing agreements as well as website terms of use and privacy policies. The associate will advise clients on the selection, adoption, maintenance and enforcement of their marks, and advise on the availability and proper use of trademarks.
