5.   IP Addresses and Cookies As described below in more detail, we may use your IP address to help identify you, to track activity within our website and to gather broad demographic information. Our website will collect IP address information. An IP address and a domain name are given to every computer connected to the Internet. Our web servers will automatically recognize your IP address and domain name. The IP address and domain name reveal nothing personal about you other than the IP address from which you have accessed our website. TLB may use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer our website, track user movement and gather broad demographic information for aggregation use.

Our website uses cookies to keep track of your session ID. A cookie is a small piece of data that is sent to your browser from a Web server and stored on your computer’s hard drive. A cookie cannot read data off your hard drive or read cookie files created by other websites. Use of cookies is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our website. We also use cookies to ensure that you do not see the same advertisement too many times. Third party advertisers are unable to see any information about you when you click on advertisements except for your IP address; this does not allow them to access or collect any information about you.

Our website also uses web beacons. Web beacons are small graphic images on a webpage or a web-based document that we can use to determine information about a user. We use web beacons to aggregate data that we use to analyze technical performance. Any information gathered through cookies and web beacons will be kept strictly confidential and will be used for internal purposes only.

Cookies and web beacons assist with this process. We may collect information about the number of hits on a web page and the type of browser used. This helps us learn which web pages are most attractive to our users. While the web analytics provider logs the information coming from our website on our behalf, we have complete control over how that data may and may not be used.

We use a proprietary advertising server to display advertisements on our website. Advertisers may also use third party services to place advertisements on our website. Advertisers will not be able to collect any personal information about our users from our website.
